Two Apples and A Cherry

I worked this still life with a different approach. I started with an under painting with transparent earth red and ultramarine blue concentrating only on values. I then slowly worked into brighter colors and purposefully worked towards a fresh approach, not focusing on a photographic replica, but a painterly finish. 9 x 12" linen panel.
